From our signature Vintner’s Dinner to private gatherings such as anniversary celebrations, Groom’s Dinners or company outings, White Cross Cellar can provide an intimate setting and experience you can’t find anywhere else.
Vintner's Dinners
Treat yourself to a true epicurean gourmet experience by joining us for a Vintner’s Dinner. Our Vintner’s Dinner is a four to five course meal featuring a fun and innovative menu that pairs each course with a White Cross Cellars wine. The evening begins with an array of appetizers and samples of wine in our tasting room with the remaining courses served at the Ox Yoke Inn.* White Cross Cellars chooses the theme, creates the menu, and selects the recipes for each dinner and then we pair our wine with each course.
MENUS ARE ANNOUNCED SEVERAL WEEKS PRIOR TO THE DINNER. WHEN YOU ATTEND ONE OF OUR VINTNER’S DINNERS YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE:
- $1.00 off each bottle of White Cross wine purchased at the event.
- 10% off the purchase of specialty foods and gifts from our shop during the event.

Food & Wine Pairings 101
This fun and tasty “class” is taught by our owner David Rettig, CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine). It will help you understand the basic principles of pairing food and wine correctly by taking the mystery out of the process. You’ll learn easily applied pairing guidelines while you sample 7 different food and wine pairings. Once you’ve tasted the classic food and wine combinations you are encouraged to experiment with other pairings to discover your own unique palette. There is a small fee for this “class” and includes a souvenir White Cross Cellars logo wine glass.
Classes are approximately 1 hour in length and begin promptly at 6 pm.
